Father Heart Conference 10th March 2018
Chapel on The Green, 12 The Green, Wooburn Green. HP10 0EF

Jesus said I have made the Father known, and will continue to make the Father known and he makes its clear that encountering God as Father is not meant to be a one off experience but a continuous one, because encountering God as Father changes lives. Jesus wants to continually deepen our understanding and experience of what it truly means to be a rescued, beloved and adopted child of God.

Respected theologian JI Packer says, “If you want to judge how well a person understands Christianity, find out how much he makes of the thought of being God’s child, and having God as his Father. Our understanding of Christianity cannot be better than our grasp of adoption.”

There’ll be inspirational biblical teaching, prayer, impartation and presence-filled worship but most of all the opportunity to encounter the love of God in a new way.

The conference will run from 10am - 9:30pm to allow us build upon each session and deepen our revelation and experience of the Father's love. Leading and speaking at this event we have:

  • Tom and Abi Allsop Lead Pastors of Catch the Fire London.
  • Dave Price Senior Leader of The Community Church.
  • Steve Tebb Worship Leader with Catch the Fire UK.

Prayer for Wycombe

Throughout the year over 30 local churches will pray for Wycombe. The vision is to cover every day of the year in prayer with 24 hours of prayer - so in some cases a single church and in others several churches together are taking a day each month to pray for Wycombe. If you want to be involved in this venture, Prayer for Wycombe is being co-ordinated on behalf of the Wycombe Churches from Christchurch, Flackwell Heath and you can find out when and where churches are involved by contacting the prayer co-ordinator by e-mailing prayer@ccfh.org.uk or calling the Christchurch office on 01628 533004

There is also a prayer meeting for Wycombe which is attended by representatives of various churches in Wycombe from 6-9am on the first Saturday of the month
